  • Perform regular administration and management activities of the organization

  • Ensure efficient operational systems; identify and solve operational problems
  • Manage employees, handle employee relations and maintain employee records
  • Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the ambiance 
  • Motivate and train team members
  • Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on customer service
  • Report to the Managing Director
