  • Automobile engineer or diploma holder with minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Proven record for setting up a service center would be given preference.
  • Experience of leading a team/project.
  • System and process implementation, responsible for managing a team of service workforce and devising strategies for the team to maximize service.
  • Producing daily work schedules and monitor attendance to ensure manpower and bresources are adequate to meet maintenance objectives.
  • Prepare SOPs for the service center focusing on revenue and operational aspect and ensure its implementation.


Job Description

  • Lead, train and motivate a service team.
  • Supervise team and pay close attention to different aspects of daily operations and mrecommend course of improvement.
  • Strong diagnosing and technical skills with ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Access database of spare parts, vehicle, employees’ details and make it resourceful for proper functioning of the workshop area.
  • Ensure all machines are maintained according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
  • Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on workshop quickly and amicably.
  • Manage Vehicle load, prepare strategies and manage team proactively to overcome vehicle load considering customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
  • Keep track on all incoming and outgoing vehicle parts.
  • Keep track on employee’s behavior.
  • Check to see all the areas of workshop is clean and tidy & all the equipment and materials are properly managed including proper management of hazardous materials.
  • Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with service workforce and other head ofdepartments.
