• Manage proper functioning of workshop. 
  
• Conduct weekly meeting with workshop team. 
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction, handle difficult customer complaints and maintain CSI. 
  
• Ensure timely & quality service at workshop. 
  
• Plan and organize service promotion activities
  
• To ensure follow of the Brand’s guidelines for workshop. 
  
• Equip workshop with all necessary tools & equipment and Ensure periodic maintenance and calibration of tools, equipment’s and infrastructure. 
  
• Coordinate with spare parts and ancillary departments for maximizing service volume efficiency and profit 
  
• Coordinate with Vehicle sales and Auto parts to support them and maintain cordial Relationship
