Job Description

  • Provide Technical Support to users and troubleshoot their problems via Email, Chat and Tickets and Forums
  • Address customer concerns and issues regarding product operation and evaluate customer needs
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and prepare necessary documents
  • Extensive testing of new features for plugins before release and coordinating with Developers to resolve the issue
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Logging the queries of customers and employees
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Other duties as assigned
