Job Description

  • To enter data from various source documents into the school information management system and other systems as required for storage, processing and data management purposes.
  • To provide support to the Vice Principal as necessary with data handling tasks such as CAT, PiE, PiM.
  • To coordinate the input of data for the schools reporting and assessment cycles.
  • To ensure that school records are kept up to date.
  • To train staff as required in using the Engage database
  • To be able to learn new processes quickly and communicate well with others
  • To organise staff cover (when they are absent) through the Engage database
