Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification

  • Graduate and Masters in any Stream (Social Welfare will be preferred)
  • Applicants must have hands-on experience with computers, MS Office Package
  • The applicants should have experience in Labor Counselling, Welfare & Compliance
  • The applicants should be open to working for any on-site opportunity
  • Required to have strong motivational, patience and persuasive skills to work intensively with campers
  • Should pose 2 – 4 years of experience
  • Driving License holders will be considered



Job Description

Responsible for: 

  • The welfare of all campers located onsite within UAE. He should be responsible for any issues regarding camper welfare
  • The welfare officers can offer help and guidance to anyone affected by personal, domestic or work-related problems by gathering information about the issue
  • In particular, he will be responsible for finding out nature of the problem and what steps have already been taken to resolve it.  He will then suggest or explore options to help campers in progress of the issue or arrive at a resolution

Job Responsibilities + Tasks

  • To counsel the workers on general issues like company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
  • To counsel the absentee workers as referred by HR Section, in view to reduce absenteeism & turnover
  • To counsel the workers who seem inefficient and if efficient workers are lacking behind because of lack of motivation in workplace
  • Provide advice and support for addictions (gambling, alcoholism and drug dependence)
  • To create awareness on retirement – preparation of transition
  • Also, to motivate them in the participation of any official event, to make them realize that they are also an integral part of an organization
  • To council campers no matter what position they are working for their feedback is valuable and good work will be rewarded

Other Technical Responsibilities: 

  • To maintain all kind of record keeping registers
  • Making campers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues through practical sessions
  • Carrying out a daily site visit to check compliance issues. 
  • Checking complaint/suggestions boxes to share the notes, If any, with concerned Management
  • Carrying out workers orientation programs
  • Ensuring proper communication between campers and management. 
  • Maintaining records (Maternity/Paternity leaves, Grievance handling programs too
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management
