Must have minimum 3 years of experience
Attention to details, able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, information hierarchy, typography, and digital applications
Knowledge and Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver required
Knowledge and Proficiency in Flash, Sublime Text, After Effects / Motion Graphics as well as HTML / CSS / JavaScript a plus
Must possess a thorough understanding of the print process and vendor requirements to correctly prepare files for print
Excellent people customer service skills
Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for designing, building and managing the manufacture of new products
Knowledge of the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables for the design and manufacturing of new products and the enhancement of existing products; ability to apply the methodology in diverse scenarios
Ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality
