Job Description:

As a Web Designer at Best Nepal Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience and cohesive brand identity across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually engaging websites that align with the company's brand and business goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate website layout and functionality.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement and maintain web designs.
• Ensure website designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and browsers.
• Update and maintain existing websites with new content, design improvements, and technical updates.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and follow best practices for web design and development.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for website issues and bugs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other visual online design tools like Figma, Canva etc.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design and development technologies.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Opencart.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio of previous web design projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
