Survey title: (Urban slum: A baseline survey on working Trend, health and livelihood of Parathion Slum)

Age: should not exceed 25-35
Salary: Volunteers would be paid on per day basis along with allowance

Working Days

• Field: 7 Days (including Saturday and Sunday)
• Training: 2 Day
  
• Total working Day: 9 days

Qualification & Experience:

• Preferably Master's or Bachelor's in Social science/public Health/Development studies/sociology/Social Work 
• Should have previously conducted baseline survey

Knowledge and Skills required:

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (both Nepali and English)
  
• Strong problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Require to to visit our Survey Area i.e Kapan.
• Conduct interview with locals and precisely fill up the survey form without being bias. 
  
• Require to have good communication and briefing skills.
• Should be a team player, work in a team with our Local Mobilizer and Local Club Members.
  
• Timely reporting to the Program Coordinator that be both oral or written.
