• Looks up at install sign boards, sale banners, panels, and other items required for special events, clearance events, and daily sales
• Maintain and present visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance with company directives
• Understand customer preferences and exercise judgment when deviating from company directives to appeal to specific customer base
• Maintain displays pieces at different stores
• Implement store signing programs
• Continuously check selling floor for proper merchandise presentation and general housekeeping, repairs, cleaning, and straightening of merchandise as needed
• Follow safety standards at all times
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of visual presentation workroom
• Keep track of prop inventory and report discrepancies to Visual Merchandise Manager or appropriate personnel.
• Execute promotional calendar
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Perform other duties as needed
• Follows shortage programs and procedures
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Owning a vehicle is compulsory
