Job Description

  • Provide professional Guidance in Counseling, Registration, Visa Appointments, and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.
  • Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
  • Review ongoing cases and new legislation and accordingly advise clients.
  • Coordinate & maintain close relationships with internal counseling & editorial teams to understand student requirements.
  • Take ownership of the accuracy of work and maintain quick a turnaround time
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process-related matrices showing progress on student conversions/target achievement
  • Should have knowledge of documentation needed to apply for a student visa as well as filling out visa application forms for popular destinations.
