• Extensively coordinate the day-to- day operations between sellers/vendors and Daraz
  
• Manage vendor inventory and stock update on a regular basis
  
• Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
  
• Maintain Daraz’s proprietary vendor management systems
  
• Take ownership to create positive vendor relationships
  
• Liaison between Sales and Operations teams
  
• Ensure smooth running of the order processing system so that the orders are processed within the standard time set by Daraz in order to provide an excellent customer experience
  
• Coordinate with vendors regarding day to day order processing and operations
  
• Enforcing vendors to fulfil orders within the set time period
  
• Observe and solve the issues related to packaging standards and stock updates of items
  
• Coordinate with the third party logistics company to solve the issues that arise related to the assigned vendors
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor degree in business or engineering disciplines from top university
  
• 1- 2 years of experience in a managerial role in banking, consulting, sales or marketing
  
• Highly data-oriented and comfortable with numbers
  
• Proficient in Excel - lookups, pivot-table, data visualization and so on
