  • Vendor Acquisition and Retention
  • Creating promotion and schemes to boost sales of Vendor through our platform
  • Keeping close monitor about price, filtering top sellers, identifying key players, trending product and promoting brand
  • Communicating with customer and grievance handling
  • Replying customer and vendor questions, maintaining and updating stock of vendors
  • Developing strategy for increasing the inbound trafficking in website and user of app
  • Analyzing date for identification of issue and growth area and preparing reports
