Job Description

  • Achieve the monthly targets with qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Sales Manager
  • Motivate and manage customers (convenience stores and groceries) within the designated geographic area for brand/product portfolio development
  • Ensure brand visibility and merchandising in the stores as per the company planograms guidelines
  • Placement and positioning of new product launches as per priority and guidelines
  • Service and activate existing customer base and develop their loyalty for consistent business
  • Identify new and prospective customers, educate, create awareness and activate them to increase numeric distribution
  • Follow-up with the trade and timely collect outstanding as per the company provided a credit limit
  • Organize and plan the routing to ensure optimum coverage in your assigned area
  • Monitor stock level and replenishment
  • Administrative function and meeting deadlines related to your designated area (daily visits feedback, weekly trend, daily sales report, business/collection review)
