Role Description

This contract, on-site role is located in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu for 𝗨𝗦𝗔 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿. As an 𝗨𝗦𝗔 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, your primary responsibility is to help students apply in the Universities of USA that are assigned and overview/track the application status. You will work with students of varying age groups and skill levels. This role involves providing comprehensive support, from initial consultation to final application submission, ensuring students have the best chance of acceptance into their desired institutions.

  • Provide detailed information about the application process, admission requirements, and available programs at various US institutions.
  • Guide students through the preparation and submission of application documents, including resumes, personal statements, recommendation letters, and application forms.
  • Ensure all application materials meet the specific requirements of each institution.
  • Stay updated on visa regulations and changes to ensure students receive accurate and timely information.
  • Staying informed about the universities' programs, admission criteria, and any changes in their processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between students and institutions, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that arise during the application process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes.
  • Generate reports on application trends, student progress, and success rates for internal review and strategy development.
  • Involve in all our Promotional Campaigns and Events.
  • Assist to internal team in creating content and provide ideas on new updates.


  • Completed Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the related field.
  • Previous experience in educational consulting, student counseling, or university admissions is mandatory.
  • Excellent knowledge of the US higher education system, including familiarity with various universities, programs, and application processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality service and support to students.
