Job Description

  • Liaise with sales team members, managers, supervisors and clients in order to achieve & exceed targets
  • Assist with recruitment, training and onboarding processes of sales team members
  • Closely monitor KRA/KPI and daily activities of the sales team and motivate them to improve performance
  • Assist and encourage the sales team members to build up a personality
  • Create sales pitch & negotiation documentation and give orientation to sales team about such documents
  • Assign daily targets and continuously monitor them. Support the sales team members to achieve the targets
  • Prepare, analyze and share periodic sales report to management
  • Establish professional relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Organize teambuilding events that take every team member's needs into account
  • Other relevant tasks as deemed necessary for the role
