Position: Unit Head - International

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with the whole sale value chain and being the lead representing Ncell in engagement with external service providers 
  • Responsible for inbound roaming business while having a good understanding of the overall value chain, and its underlying key drivers of revenue, usage and customer behavior
  • Work across the functions RAFP, Enterprise team, Technology team to ensure that there is seamless communication and SOP are getting followed timely to prevent leakages 
  • Engage with regulators and other key stakeholders to ensure protection of the international A2P business and propose & implement regional best practice and learnings

Qualification and experience

  • Master’s Degree with 6 years’ experience in the wholesale/B2B business or partnership management and external/internal stakeholder management OR
  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of Experience
  • Has proven track record of managing complex projects, tasks deliverables in alignment with extended team and resources who are directly and indirectly reporting 
  • Has working knowledge of P&L management, legal framework and network flows of the Roaming, ILD and A2P business in terms of its complexity, value chain and associated complexity  
  • Have ability to understand and make use of the broader consumer trends and usage patterns which drive the business  
  • Has the ability to get involved in key policy related matters within the country to secure existing business and enhance opportunity by engaging with internal and external stakeholders (ranging but not limited to NTA, Tourism Industry players, and local service providers etc.) 

Profile

  • Actively provides insights and recommendations for the ongoing business traffic and trends 
  • Have good understanding and working knowledge experience of GTM related activities and working with retail business value chain to ensure the Ncell overall positioning 
  • Has ability to manage team directly or indirectly.
  • Highlights the longer-term implications of issues or situations that facilitate planning for the unit or function.
  • Creates new solutions to resolve problems or issues in novel ways.
  • Proactively seeks to optimize the financial or business impact of initiatives.
  • Stay updated with business developments and take steps to align work towards the business changes.
  • Takes personal responsibility for correcting customer problems - corrects problems promptly and un-defensively.
  • Able to establish and gain commitment from various parties to achieve one's team objectives.
  • Strives to create exceptional performance for the team.
  • Encourages teamwork and bonding within and outside team without compromising delivery of exceptional results.

Duty Station
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements
