Job Description

  • Graduation with 5years experience or MBA/MBS with 3yrs experience in senior level role in a relevant field (Preferably from e-commerce industry)
  • Sound knowledge of in-app processes and its eco-system from business point-of-view 
  • Product category research, sales pattern research, and consumer behaviour research 
  • Pricing strategy formulation, short-term and long-term sales strategy, and instil company’s value, mission and goals on sub-ordinates
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns, creatives, and business development plans
  • Improving brand and customer experience in win-win situation
  • Improving and optimising business processes 
  • Potential vendor identification, approaching them, and create a sustainable relationship with them
  • Acquisition plans for users and vendors/sellers
  • Implementation of CRM and its lifecycle
  • Sub-ordinates’ Job supervision, delegation of work, and mentorship 
  • Most importantly, go-getter and can do attitude.

Note: We offer 50-60K/month depending on your skill and experience. Besides this,  we also offer other means of allowances as such: accommodation, communication, lunch, fuel etc.
