Job Description

The main objective is to reach out to the market and cultivate the partners, customers/users’ interest in our services in a way that strengthen our market penetration, brand values, continuous growth in win-win situation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive sales & marketing strategies
  • Good understanding of ride sharing, food, groceries & delivery related business through online platform. 
  • Sound knowledge in app and its eco-system from business prospects
  • Implementation of business plans, campaigns and its related creatives in social media
  • Acquisition plans for users, riders and vendors/sellers
  • Implementation of CRM and it’s lifecycle
  • Organize and oversee advertising, communication campaigns through social media and our brand ambassadors, exhibitions and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media, vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Identify key staffs in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
  • Strategies to resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with partners
  • Approach key accounts to establish healthy business relationships
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors and their SWOT analysis
  • Own two-wheeler / four-wheeler vehicle with license is plus.
