• Gather and understand user requirements
• Collaborate with team members to complete the assigned task.
• Write meaningful test cases with acceptance criteria 
• Create a test plan 
• Separate tests into automation and manual tests 
• Produce high-quality automation scripts with a well-structured and organized code
• Follow existing framework and suggest new ideas on the automation process 
• Properly communicate databases migrations and schema when going to production
• Clearly communicate your architectural ideas to team members
• Stay up to date with new coding trends and technologies
• Write reliable code acknowledging security and maintainability challenges
