We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer for building innovative, cross-platform user-centered design solutions for our medical SaaS products. Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owner and engineers.
  
• Understand our customers and serve as their advocate when making cross-platform design decisions using Sketch, Figma, FluidUI, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Axure or similar design software.
  
• Drive designs from concept, wireframe, prototype, to high-level clickable prototypes scale across the web and mobile platforms based on metrics and user insights.
  
• Deliver style guides, assets, and specifications for implementation of the user interface throughout the development process.
  
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions to rapidly test and iterate designs.
  
• Take initiative and advocate for new and emerging technologies and platforms by maintaining a strong interest in new mobile technologies and platforms.
  

Skills and Qualification

• 2+ years experience in web, mobile and/or software applications.
  
• Strong knowledge of user interfaces design processes and methodology, typography, color theory and layout with an innovative and elegant design sense.
  
• Experience working in a collaborative team, and interacting directly with developers for implementation of designs.
  
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time.
  
• Familiar with Google Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
  
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment.
