Job Specification

Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 3 years
Other Specification
  • College degree required (prefer design, art, advertising, marketing majors)
  • 3+ years graphic design experience in an agency, marketing or communications setting required
  • Must possess experience designing/producing integrated marketing campaigns across a wide variety of print and digital channels
  • Proved UI/UX expertise
  • Online portfolio required to demonstrate creative and technical skills
  • Must have knowledge of print and digital production processes
  • Expert-level on the Adobe suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and sketch, XD, after effects,
  • Expertise in typography 
  • Strong web/multimedia design background
  • Strong conceptual skills required
  • Video directing/editing experience preferred
  • Photo direction experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience interfacing with multiple departments
  • Experience interfacing with clients and multiple departments
  • Experience and interest in learning new software programs, research processes and strategy formulation

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position, and the expected work days are, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary

Job Description

  • Be a creative leader on brand, design, user experience and user interface
  • Concept, design and produce digital ads, print ads, emails, landing pages, web pages, user interface interaction design
  • Develop comprehensive identity campaigns that accurately reflect brand positioning, messaging and standards
  • Leads creative ideation sessions to ensure highest creative quality is met
  • Follow creative performance best practices and continually test and optimize creative deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative strategies and design across all segments and lines of business and ensure consistency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design language and design trends
  • Sets directive for creative process from concept to completion
  • Works with Strategists to establish direction and creative vision
  • Collaborates with team to translate marketing goals into clear, creative strategies
  • Participates in prospecting on pitches & proposals
  • Reviews ongoing project work to ensure deliverables are meeting project goals, creative brief direction
  • Continuously champions the “Big Idea” goals and user experience of a project
  • Art Direction & Design on assigned projects
  • Day-to-day design lead / tactical guidance (tools / best practices / etc.)
  • Reports to Leadership Team
  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Designing graphic user interface elements
