Minimum 4 years of hands-on industry experience
Front-End Lead UI Developer who has proven skills in UI and JavaScript development.
Ability to understand the details in the design specifications
Ability to draw UI state transitions and map them into software
Ability to quickly pick up new concepts and technologies
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
Create and update design and code construction documents as a result of new code, code changes, and code fixes
Good communications skills
Desire programming skills: JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, UIkit, CSS frameworks LESS, SASS, Pure, HTML, jQuery, AJAX, REST API.

Translate user behaviour and research into actionable data.
Create concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design and create mock-ups and user journeys for a wide range for multiple devices.
Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behaviour.
Rapid design and testing methodology.
Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to rest of the team and upper management.
Experienced user of UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must.
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
