What is your role like? 

A UI Developer has a creative responsibility to develop and maintain our company’s website by using front-end languages such as jQuery, HTML and CSS. Initially, you are the main developer in one of our projects. Your role entails working with the back-end developers, web designers and designers to improve the usability of the website and implementing design solutions. 

Overall this is a dynamic role where you will get to work with the experts in one of the most exciting projects at HLE.  

Some of your major deliverables are: 

• Use markup languages to create user-friendly web pages, troubleshoot content issues and optimize the website speed 
• Website browser testing and performance testing 
• Write functional requirements documents and guides
• Ensure brand consistency throughout the whole website.
• Assist to maintain digital assets such as the HLE design systems.

You are expected to stay updated with emerging technologies and provide your genius ideas to improve business goals. Your support to the marketing team in generating more quality enquiries and improving organic traffic on the marketing website will be valuable.
