General Attributes:

  • A quick learner with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer sales and service is essential
  • Ability to work in fast-moving and high-pressure environments
  • Ability to maintain a positive professional attitude at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experiences as a travel agent
  • Proficient in Amadeus Booking System
  • Very good communication (especially phone) skills
  • Good computer skills (EXCEL, WORD)

Time 8 pm - 4 am (pick up and drop off provided; 2 days off after 3 months)


Job Description

  • Accurately making bookings and issuing tickets for telephone, email and Walk-in clients
  • Advising clients on fare rules and options
  • Adhere to all company sales policies during customer interaction and issuance of tickets
  • Ensure clients retention by delivering high standard service
  • Sell promotional fares when available to push revenue's and customer's loyalty
  • Achieve sales and customers service targets
  • Adhere to company code of conduct as listed in employee handbook
  • Accurate and timely sales reporting and reconciliation with the Office executives
  • Handle walk-in customer complaints and escalate to the executives when necessary
