• Support the project in all training related activities through ensuring efficient packaging and delivery of training and workshops as well conduct Training Need Assessment and trainability test
  
• Assist in designing and packaging the training programs on customized as well as open enrollment package
  
• Coordinate with client, facilitators, participants and other service providers
  
• Prepare training budget and pricing of individual as well as customized training
  
• Develop pre and post training evaluation and other necessary forms and formats for training and conduct training and post training analysis and prepare training completion reports
