Training Coordinator

Requirements: 

  • At least Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator/Trainer/Training Facilitator or similar role
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Programs

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead human resource development initiatives of the company through different training events on technical subject matter of insurance and other soft skills training
  • Full time managerial level (Assst. Manager/Dep. Manager/Manager depending upon qualification and experience)
  • Managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs including agency training and should be willing to travel the branch offices of the company throughout Nepal
