Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator/Trainer/Training Facilitator or similar role

Responsibilities:

Lead human resource development initiatives of the company through different training events on technical subject matter of insurance and other soft skills training
Full time managerial level (Assst. Manager/Dep. Manager/Manager depending upon qualification and experience)
Managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs including agency training and should be willing to travel the branch offices of the company throughout Nepal
