Job Description

Counselling and assisting students

  • To counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates and alumni into the job market and to assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals

Workshops/Seminars

  • Organize pre-placement seminars, workshop, guest lectures or mock interviews for the students.

Generating employment opportunities

  • Generate employment opportunities for students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.

Coordinating with corporate houses

  • To coordinate with different companies to know about them and their requirements

Mapping and finding the gap

  • To map the requirements of the companies with the skills and knowledge possessed by the students and find the gap between them.

Training on the basis  of Gap

  • Arrange different training and development programs to minimize the gap.

Internship/Industrial Training

  • To assist students for internships, industrial training

Relation Building

  • To make a good working relation with the various companies and also to act as a link between students, alumni and employment community.

Organizing Placement Day

  • Arrange and organize the placement day by coordinating with the academic and administrative staffs.

Reporting

  • Internships and work placement progress.
  • Training and workshops provided
  • Report on industry/company visit
