Job Description

Department: Food and Beverage

Reporting to: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Responsible for:  Food and beverage service 

Purpose of the role:

Responsible  for taking food and beverage orders, serving and catering to the needs of the guests of the company with the aim of ensuring that all duties are performed on time and with the aim of providing excellent customer service

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Relay food and bar orders to the kitchen and bar respectively
  • Serve the food and beverage orders to the gaming tables and dining area as per guests order
  • Remove and deliver the dirty dishes from the gaming and dining areas to the dish room
  • Ensure that the gaming and dining areas including the furniture are clean at all times
  • Replenish cutleries, condiments and sauce receptacles at the required stations
  • Execute the orders given by the F&B Captain
  • Provide suggestions to the guests about the choice of drinks and specials
  • Provide information about specific beverages, promotions, reward schemes etc to the customers
  • Keep track of the preferences of regular and premium customers,  through interaction, with the aim of providing superior customer service
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the F&B Captain for process and service improvement
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
