All the work would be for the UK and international clients. You will have to work closely with our team in London and clients based in the UK and various countries around the globe. So, you will get exceptional international exposure.

Job Description

The eligible candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with the organization's goals and improve employee performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific skill gaps and performance issues.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
  • Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venues, and materials
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain records of training activities and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Work closely with Talent Manager and departmental managers to align training programs with company goals.
  • Stay informed about new training tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Qualification:

  • Experience: Freshers (1 year experience is an added advantage)
  • Must be a BBA or equivalent from good university (MBA in HR would be an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent and Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
