Job Description

  • Answer enquiries regarding different options for travelling.
  • Answer telephones, walk-in customers or travel agents who seek information regarding different travel and ticketing requirements.
  • Daily domestic and international air reservation and ticketing related job.
  • Establish relationships with the customers and maintain public relations.
