  • Depending on which position you are selected, candidates are expected to work during the evening, night or weekend shift

  • Should have excellent academic records at the Bachelors level
  • A written exam will be followed by a personal interview
  • All selected candidates must begin working during the night shift (8:00 PM to 6:00 AM)

Job Description

We are looking for 2-3 ticketing officers to work in our Thamel location during the morning, evening, or night shifts. We prefer candidates with experience in international ticketing with Amadeus, and we are also willing to take non-experienced candidates with very strong academic abilities. We work in a fast-paced, call center model and our customers are from the United States and most calls are during the night. Intense hands-on training will be provided before your job assignment. A stipend will be provided during the training period. Interviews will begin on a rolling basis and the best candidates will be selected immediately.  We will not wait for the interview deadlines. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling tickets to our passengers by phone, email, and in-person visits.  We prefer candidates who are able to cross-sell tickets, travel packages, and insurance.
  • Provide a high level of customer care at all times.  Be able to communicate in English and Nepali at the business level.  Explain routing, visa rules, transits, etc
  • Handle refund, re-issuance, and cancellation of air tickets.  Escalate difficult cases to seniors and airline staff.
  • Calculate the best fares and optimal routes, and have persuasion skills.
  • Other assignments related to airline ticket, such as maintaining cost sheets, developing messages for social media, etc.
  • Complete other sales/tracking assignments needed to improve sales and customer experience
