We are looking for International Air ticketing officers to work in our Hadigaun Bhatbhateni Marg, location Travel agency, if candidates have knowledge in sales and marketing as well as outbound and inbound tour Digital marketing, will be in priority and we may take 1 or 2 if our requirements match. Salary will depend on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling tickets to our passengers by phone, email, and in-person visits.  We prefer candidates who are able to cross-sell tickets, travel packages, and insurance
• Provide a high level of customer care at all times.  Be able to communicate in English, Hindi, and Nepali at the business level.  Explain routing, visa rules, transits, etc
• Handle refund, re-issuance, and cancellation of air tickets.  Escalate difficult cases to seniors and airline staff
• Calculate the best fares and optimal routes, and have persuasion skills
• Other assignments related to airline tickets, such as maintaining cost sheets, developing messages for social media, etc.
• Complete other sales/tracking assignments needed to improve sales and customer experience
