Identify and analyze the potential of the assigned territory
Achieve budged sales in the assigned territory both Primary and secondary
Channel Management
Distributor Management
Distributor Damage Control and Importer Credit Control
Maximize the product availability/visibility in respective markets
Ensuring the overall growth as per directed by Manager
Ensure whether the product is merchandised properly in all the outlets
Expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new Distributor in vacant markets
Maintain the current distribution level; Build direct distribution; direct retail coverage (Total No. of Dedicated DSR & No. of Outlets)
Supervising DSRs and Sales reporting
