Job Description

Contact businesses and individuals by telephone in order to promote and sell goods and services, receive orders, gather information, verify details or request donations for client product and services causes. Following job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, and services
  • Gather information about customer facing problem in relation to the product and services offered by clients.
  • Explain the product or service to potential customers
  • Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
  • Handle customer questions
  • Obtain customer information including names, addresses and associated details
  • Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered in Customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Conduct customer and marketing surveys
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
  • Furthermore as per client requirements

Working shift: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm 

Salary and Other Benefits: As per company rule.
