  • At least one-year experience in tele calling or call center (outbound tele sales) required
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in sales and marketing management
  • Telephone handling skills and outbound tele sales skills
  • Typing skills along with telephone handling skills is required
  • Computer literate and sound knowledge in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to handle target pressure
  • Goal-getter, extrovert, energetic, self-initiative, ambitious
  • Good command on English and Nepali language

Job Description

  • Calling the customer & identify opportunities, produce leads and fixing appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high-quality leads
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
  • Proactively follow up with customers & field executive
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
  • Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
  • Attend meetings with the Managers to update information and discuss any issues
  • Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Preparing various reports required for the nature of the job & reporting to the Manager
