Job Description

  • Guide client throughout implementation to ensure best possible setup and best practice.
  • Document all action taken during implementation and ensure all parties are informed on progress.
  • Feedback any important client information to client services team and/or technical support team.
  • Ensure fast and efficient client implementation with a positive and professional experience.
  • Ensure the organizational decorum is maintained with utmost priority.
  • Maintain good customer relation to promote business indirectly.
  • Perform all other techno-marketing duties as per assigned
