We are looking for qualified computer technician to install, maintain and repair computers or laptops and networks. You will be the one to ensure that adequate infrastructure is in place and is used to its maximum capabilities. Technician generally interact directly with users who need support help during failure of computers systems and network functions. The goal is to install and maintain high quality networks and computers systems.

Responsibilities of Computer Technician:

• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
  
• Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers, hardware, laptop, printers) or peripheral
  
• devices to respond to help desk calls and troubleshoot user problems.
  
• Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and have a knowledge of Server and network security
• Manage security options and software in computes and network to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
• Communication and Coordinating with ISP and Vendors which supply the IT Equipment.
  
• Maintenance and Planning on Network and Telephone line i.e. EPABX System and also need to
  
• maintain the IT assets record.
  
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solution to restore functionality.
  
• Arrange maintenances sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies where he or she need to keep
  
• records of repair and fixes for future references.
  
• More complex repairs might require the technician to pull the computer out of use for comprehensive
  
• troubleshooting or replacement.
  
• Offer timely technical support and teach user how to utilize computes correctly.
  

Responsibilities of Business Development:

• Able to handle product development smoothly for generating lead of shopping department.
  
• Need to manage and monitor all electronic category of product such as pricing and also have a
  
• knowledge of legal requirement and pricing for individual product.
  
• Coordinate with product management team and perform product testing on various process.

Qualification and Experiences:

• BSc / BA in Computer Science or relevant field
  
•  At least two years of experience in similar roles
  
•  Salary Range 18k to 20k but no bar for deserving candidates
  

Job Specification or Requirements:

• Proven experiences as computer technician or similar role
  
• Experiences with LAN/WAN networks
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and good communication skills
  
• Proficient with Microsoft package
  
• Ability document procedures that are easily understood by others
  
• Able to work under pressure and deadline with minimal Supervision
