• Be the company’s advocate for clear, concise and precise writing
  
• Proofread and edit product documents like requirement specifications, technical specifications, test plans, test cases, release notes and user manuals
• Edit and refine documents related to processes and procedures
• Ensure all documents are formatted in a standard style
• Create, review and enhance training materials
• Edit corporate literature like websites, blogs, marketing materials and reports
• Provide English Language and Professional Communication training to employees
