Job Description

  • To Collect & create, database of market and customer
  • To sort database of market and customer
  • Continuous market study and reporting to management
  • Provide product knowledge to clients about company products by means of brochures, presentation or any suitable forms
  • Developing strategic sales approach and developing routes to market
  • Motivating clients to purchase the company products
  • Converting the sort listed clients to sales and to close the deal
  • Selling houses, apartment, etc. through already settled clients in the projects
  • Co-operating the clients for bank financing process
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentation, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their territory
  • Reporting to seniors regarding the daily activities of sales, follow-up activities regularly
  • Continuous market study and reporting to management
  • Hunting and approaching clients from the open market through email, personal visit or any appropriate means
  • Arrangement of site visit of clients and handover those to concerned site staff of marketing/sales through Project Manager/Site In-Charge in order to close the deal
  • Other duties as assigned by the Department Head
  • Undertaking research as required identifying new organizations and markets for the team to target
