We are searching for an innovative and energetic Technical Writer to join our Documentation Team to deliver top-notch documents which will enhance the value of our existing and new products. This job requires you to develop different forms of technical documents such as usermanuals, release plan notes, etc. which will guide both the internal and external users of IMS Software.

This position requires extensive collaboration with multiple teams such as the development team, support engineers, Quality Assurance team, and project management team. As such, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and technical educational background, which will act as a catalyst for him or her to interact with the different technical team members and quickly understand the new technical concepts.

• Produce high-quality documents for different products of IMS Software that will help the client understand and use the products effectively.
• Create in-depth user manuals, FAQs, technical overviews, and troubleshooting documents.
• Use different forms to make the document simpler and elaborative to understand
• Develop interactive videos for major features of the product
• Work closely with the different verticals of the organization to update and revise the existing documents continuously
• Test the prepared content for the usability and accuracy before delivering it to the client
• Prepare a library of the technical documents and arranging the arrange external and internal use
• Strong involvement in the highly collaborative agile environment
