Job Description

  • Technical team construction and management: responsible for the overall management of the project technical delivery team to determine the team organizational structure, resource allocation, job definition and assessment mechanism
  • Technical program landing: responsible for the pre-sale technical program for risk assessment checks, and pre-sales technical program into engineering services can be implemented engineering and technical programs to guide customers to eliminate or avoid risks
  • he goal of the development and decomposition: responsible for the development of technical delivery milestones and engineering technology implementation plan, and decomposition of the sub-team implementation
  • The technical delivery process development: responsible for the development of technical delivery team work business processes, with the process of standard technical team work
  • The implementation of technical delivery: responsible for the organization of technical delivery to complete the project technical program implementation, the milestone, cost and the final result (contract KPI) is responsible
  • Plan to drive and security: through regular or irregular participation in the project team and the customer's technical communication will form a work plan and a list of problem requirements; through the work schedule to drive the milestone to achieve; through the demand list to protect the effectiveness of the implementation plan
