Job Description

  • Marketing and Sales of poultry feed
  • Strategic planning for product development and market penetration
  • Provide technical services to farmers
  • SWOT and monthly market/competitor analysis.
  • Monitor the technical team visit to customer and/or model farms as per company’s protocols / SOPs – minimum once a month to layer farmers and weekly to broiler farmers to ensure feed quality (FCR), chick quality (Body weight, mortality, etc.) and flock performance. Identify the deviations in SOP and advise schedule for medication, vaccination and management techniques
  • Ensure realization of sales of feed and follow up on collection and recovery.
  • Participating in various committees formed by company to provide expert opinion and suggestions as necessary
  • Any other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the company
