MAJORTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure Technical Implementation of WASH activities.
• Supervise WASH programme Staffs and be a team player
• Strengthen the partnership with  implementing partner organization
• Ensure proper reporting of the programme
• Supervise the activities as delegated by the programme manager
• Maintain Internal and external coordination by representing at the D/VWASHCC meetings
• Capacity development at field staffs as well as VWASCHCC and other stakeholders
• Ensure that efficient management of the field stock as well as quality of materials for the WSS construction

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Master’s degree (Engineering background is preferable) with Minimum of 5 years experiences in WASH sector.
• Should have strong capacity of handling large scale rural water supply schemes (household level connection) and able to provide technical support to team and partners.
• Budget management,staff management and ability to organize, train and motivate a team and work with local partners
• Good report writing and communication skills.
