Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Team Leader who leads and manages the organization with enthusiasm, commitment and efficiency.

The Team Leader's responsibilities include managing ongoing projects, continuous improvement in the organization’s efficient performance and ensuring that ROKPA’s targets are met.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the financial and organizational management of ROKPA
  • Manage the development of leadership and other professional skills for the staff
  • Responsible for the general management of the projects including the planning, implementation,    monitoring and evaluation together with the persons responsible for the projects
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed with professionalism and with high quality results
  • Responsible for ensuring that all necessary legal requirements are met in plenty of time
  • Fully responsible for the external perception of the organization
