Planning:

• Planning design and develop detailed plans for the class. Schedule the activities
• Prepare individual plans with impact indicators for the children who need special care and pedagogical attention

Implementation:

• Use different styles and innovative pedagogies understanding of current ELT Practices
• Engage students to ensure a lively, warm and friendly environment, supporting them in the social, moral, emotional and intellectual development
• Identify psychological and physical abilities, and environmental factors which have impact on the students' functioning in a nursery school, school or educational institutions
• Manage documents, maintain the database, and prepare the activity for children and young people, and report the events

Reporting:

• Directly report to the Coordination Team of the project
• At the end of the month submit the progress report highlighting eventual difficulties and the proposed ways to resolve the same
• Keep all records in a safe place ensuring confidentiality
