Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at Bhuvaneshwori Satyal Foundation. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of children from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide quality education and support to children in our care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the foundation's curriculum and educational goals.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children from diverse backgrounds.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and team members to plan and organize educational activities and events.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on their child's development and progress.
  • Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
  • Attend relevant trainings and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Adhere to the foundation's policies and procedures for child protection and safety.
