Job Description

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and educational goals for primary or secondary-level students, depending on the assignment
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment to motivate and support students in reaching their full potential.
Assess student progress regularly using various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Prepare classroom materials, coursework, and homework assignments, and maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and contribute to overall school improvement.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's academic performance and well-being.
Take responsibility for the progress of assigned classes and ensure all lessons have clear aims and objectives.
Provide hands-on training in programming, software applications, and digital literacy.
