  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and educational goals for primary or secondary-level students, depending on the assignment
  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment to motivate and support students in reaching their full potential.
  • Assess student progress regularly using various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  • Prepare classroom materials, coursework, and homework assignments, and maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and contribute to overall school improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's academic performance and well-being.
  • Take responsibility for the progress of assigned classes and ensure all lessons have clear aims and objectives.
  • Provide hands-on training in programming, software applications, and digital literacy.
  • Coordinate with students, parents, and guardians as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
