Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum graduate with 2 years of work experience in Ms-Office Packages, English typing (And Nepali typing too)
  • Having own vehicle and valid motorbike driving license
  • Strong written and communication skills

Other Specification:

  • Strong record-keeping skills
  • Compliance of Vat, TDS, ETDS
  • Having knowledge of Erp/ Navision/ Tally is a must

Job Description

  • Timely reconciliation of the bank’s/ Debtors/Creditors and other parties
  • Doing daily accounting entries 
  • Record keeping of the sales/purchase /import/exempt Vat registers
  • Attending and visiting the tax office for tax related issues/ works
  • Visiting to the other  branch offices (as and when required / on need basis)
  • Coordinating with the finance /accounts for the timely submission of the tax related amounts into the government agencies
  • Timely renewal in all kind of tax related matters
