• Should be able to understand and visualize client requirements, Technicality of work, Feasibility of work etc.
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Designs programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
• Analyze Requirements and design database relationship, Mockup for UI/UX and system process.
• Acting as liaison between business stakeholders, Customer or end users, and the software development or information technology team.
• Can coordinate with Development Team, QC/QA team, Deployment unit, Support and Implementation unit and End users.
• Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
• Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support and training users.
• Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Technical Requirements:

• Should be able to understand relational database, System architecture, Workflow of task.
• Should be able to understand and visualize concept of work with business requirements.
• Should be able to understand test cases, QC/QA Procedure, Deployment plan
• Should be able to write technical document and report, SRS, Mockup, Flowchart and algorithm etc.
• Familiar with agile environment
